Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting of
Maclean & District Bowling Club Cooperative Limited

The Annual General Meeting of Maclean & District Bowling Club Co-op Limited will be held on Monday 23rd October 2017 commencing at 7.00pm in the Club’s premises at 1a McLachlan Street, Maclean.
Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors must be received at the Club’s office by 4pm Monday 9th of October 2017. Voting will take place at the Club commencing Monday 16th October 2017 and will cease at noon on Sunday 22th October 2017. Voting times will be advertised on the Club Notice Board or members may contact the Club during office hours on 0266 453 711 for details. The term of office for three directors is for three (3) years however due to one Board position being vacated prior to the term expiring there is a vacancy to be filled for one (1) year. The role of President will be vacated and eligible candidates must also nominate for this one-year term. Nomination forms are available at the Club’s reception for all terms of office.
Please note that all financial members are eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting however, only life and ordinary senior members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
A detailed copy of the Club’s Financial Statements including Statement of Financial Performance and Financial Position will be available for inspection from Monday October 2nd, 2017 at reception during office hours and at other times on request to the duty supervisor.
All members are encouraged to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting to discuss the Clubs performance and future direction as well as welcome any new board members.
